What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we collect the name, company, website, email address and city you enter, plus the language version of the page you used. We do not collect anything else, and this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use these details for one purpose: to prepare and send you the sample clip you asked for, and to follow up about that request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox on the form, and steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by [FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Formspree Inc.] and reach us by email at [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Google Ireland Ltd.]. The site is hosted by [HOST, e.g. Vercel Inc.], whose servers record standard access logs including IP addresses. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else.

Embedded video

Portfolio clips may be embedded from Google Drive. Where that is the case, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies when the player loads. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are deleted within 12 months if no working relationship follows. Where a contract results, statutory retention periods for business records apply.
